Here is my story, my accident and the route of recovery. Sharing it with hope it might be inspirational to anyone dealing with injury. I felt depressed and wanted to give up many times... and even though climbing almost killed me, I love it more than ever. It gave me the strength to survive and the people around me! This is my way to say thank you! My back will never be perfect and I will never be the same again but I don't mind the second one. I learned a lot about myself, family and friendship. Will be back on the rocks and walls soon! :)

Big respect for choosing "real" life, for the courage to look inside you, watch it, thake it as it is and work on it to get the way you want to! I broke my spine 6 years ago (TH10 & TH11), i

Hey Anita I just saw your You Tube video and I wondered if you wouldbe interested in writing for my website? The site is www.climbout.co.uk and shows how climbing can help us with depression and mental health issues. Thanks for your time and keep at it. Jake

Wow! you are an inspiration! I agree with Botond on your love for climbing...Keep finding ways to stay on the path you are and before you know it you will be ready for your first day of climbing in the sun! When we look forward time seems to take foooorever, when we look back it is like leaves in the wind, right now if you take this lime to find your inner peace you can master your meditative side and your drive (even though it's already in you as a climber =) Good luck! There are so many who admire your fight!
